Finds of the Month
|
The Finds-of-the-Month competition is a twelve-month event running
from January through December. It is open only to club members. Only
items may be entered in the competition if found in the previous month
or since the previous meeting.

There are six categories as follows: coin, jewelry, relic, other,
wildcard, and table. Points are awarded to the top three items in each
category. Five (5) points goes to the first place item, three (3) points
to the second place item, and one (1) point to the third place item. Each
member is allowed to enter only one item per category. At the end of the
competition, a "Hunter of the Year" for each category and an overall
"Hunter of the Year" for all categories will be named. Each month the
first place winner of each category will receive a small prize. Prizes
change each month at the discretion of the Find-of-the-Month chairman.
