OLD BUSINESS
Christmas party was exceptionally festive. The HUNTER OF THE YEAR went to Anthony; Kelley was 2nd and I came in 3rd. It was a very close margin between the points!! Prizes awarded were Ben Frankin for 1st; silver quarter for 2nd and silver dime for 3rd. Nine dedicated members had perfect attendance – Ina, Kelley, Stanley Rhodes, Brian and Virginia Sigler, Bob Smith, Larry Tice, Betty Ward, Anthony Wheeless. Each received a small bag of Lindor chocolates and a 40% silver Kennedy ½ . Congrats!! The Pollyanna gift exchange was exciting.

Dues FOR 2012 will be collected at the January meeting. If you want to vote on the Finds of the Year, you must be a paid member. $20.00 individual or $25.00 family.

Kelley and I have secured the Cavalier Hotel for the 25th Open Hunt on May 19, 2012. The rooms are $119.00 a night plus tax for the entire weekend by mentioning Tidewater Coin and Relic club. All the details will be posted to the website. CUTOFF DATE IS APRIL 3RD.

There are some new books in the library. The list of books is on the website. If you want to read one, just contact Ron Ratcliff and he will bring the book in.
