December Meeting 2006 The Tidewater Coin and Relic Club will meet at the Bayside Recreation Center for our annual Christmas Party. The Party will be December 12, 2006 from 6:00pm – 9:00pm. Please bring your spouse or significant other(s) and have fun. Please bring a dish to pass, non-perishable food item(s) for the food pantry of Thalia Baptist Church’s food pantry, and the Christmas gift that you signed up for at the November meeting from the Catholic Charities. Don’t forget to wrap your gift and attach the name tag—thank you in advance for your generosity. Directions to the Bayside Recreation Center: (It is only 5 mins. Other Club News Thank you Dave Kaminski for the November meeting refreshments, they were wonderful. Thank you in advance, Ina Finn for the January refreshmentsJ As far as the meeting room goes, there was a vote between the library in Deep Creek, Chesapeake and Nancy’s place of employment, Guy’ Inc., in Norfolk, and Nancy’s place of employment won the vote because we could use the space for as long as we want and not move around from library to library. Gary is going to check with Virginia Beach Central Library about any other Tuesday or day of the week that would be open to go back to our old location. In the mean time, it looks like we will be meeting in January at: Guy’s Inc., 2202 Llewellyn Ave., Norfolk, VA 23517, 757-622-7232. It is located in the top of Ghent in Norfolk. If anyone is interested in taking their turn at the top table or any other position in the club, please call one of the officers. Bob, Ina, Jim, Gary, and myself have volunteered to stay in our current positions if need be. Please if you are all interested, please step forward and take your turn at the top table.
