The Club
hunt is Sunday, Oct. 21st. at
2 pm at the oceanfront on 30th
Street. Please try to arrive early to
seed and help wherever needed.
CHRISTMAS PARTY
The
Christmas party will be held on Dec. 11th
at the Bayside Rec. Center from 6 PM to
9 PM. Please bring a covered dish to
share, a monetary donation to the
Suffolk Salvation Army (check or cash)
and canned goods for Henry Beck’s church
and their food bank. More details with
Mapquest
will be sent out at a later date.
NOMINATING COMMITTEE

has been nominated for the club Treasurer.
That leaves the President’s slot still
open. Please consider taking this
position. All that is required is attending
the meetings and making sure they run
smooth. Voting will take place in November.

hand over the club hunt contents at the
Club Hunt on the 21st and the
committee will meet starting in January
either before the regular meeting or
afterwards. Steps have been taken to
advertise in various magazines and on
the FMDAC site. The third Saturday in
May falls on the 17th. Gary
Gray is our point of contact for Little
Creek. If anyone else is interested in
helping, please contact one of the
volunteers and let them know. Thanks so
