2024 Club Group Hunt

On a cool day in November 2024 the club was offered a rare opportunity to hunt a homestead property in Corapeake, NC.  This was a no restriction hunt and the invitation was sent to all members.  About 20 members arrived with detectors and digging equipment in hand ready to hunt.  And hunt they did.  While most items found were not notable there were a couple of items that were noteworthy.  One was a V-Nickle and others were bullets, both modern and old and a couple embedded in wood fragments.  There was also talk of an old spoon as well.  The club hunted for several hours.

It was glad to see everyone who showed up and i am sure that the next event has a bunch of people eager to attend.
